Jennings International will agree payments and fees with any clients or affiliates in advance of any signing of agreements or contracts. No payments will be taken outside the pre-agreed time frame unless agreed with both parties to extend business activities.
Jennings International Ltd will conduct due diligence on all clients, affiliates, and outside partners around the world to ensure that they too operate to an ethical standard. We will not conduct business with any company or outside affiliate if they are found to be in breach of any human rights laws, employment laws, or found to be involved in any illegal activity.
Officers, directors, and employees will obey the Equal Employment Opportunity laws and act with respect and responsibility towards others in all their dealings.
Officers, Directors and employees will remain personally balanced so that their personal life will not interfere with their ability to deliver a quality service to all its clients and affiliates. Officers, directors and employees agree to disclose unethical, dishonest, fraudulent and illegal behaviour or the violation of company policies directly to management.
