Ethics Policy

Jennings International Ltd expects and demands that all of its employees and Directors carry out their business and perform their duties to the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all relevant legal principles. This standard of behaviour and performance is maintained in the company’s dealings with employees, customers, suppliers and all other stakeholders.


The company, its employees and outsourced associate partners, will at all times conduct business to the highest levels of honesty, integrity and ethics, wherever we operate in the world. We will constantly aim to improve the quality of our service and operations to create a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, trust and sound business judgement. The company will conduct its business in a competent, fair, impartial and efficient manner.

Jennings International Ltd will not compromise its principles for short term advantage. The ethical performance of this company is the sum of the ethics of the men and women who work here. Thus, we are all expected to adhere to the high standards of personal integrity.

Officers, directors, and employees of the company will never permit their personal interests to conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the company, its clients or affiliates. Officers, directors and employees will always be careful to avoid representing Jennings International Ltd in any transaction with others whom there is any outside business affiliation or relationship. Officers, directors and employees shall avoid using company contacts to advance their private business or personal interest at the expense of the company, its clients or affiliates.

The following guidelines should be followed when dealing with clients or affiliates;

Jennings International Ltd will ensure all outside client and affiliates information is safeguarded to the highest standard at all times and will not be shared with outside sources unless agreed with both parties to further the benefit of the client and its business.

Jennings International will agree payments and fees with any clients or affiliates in advance of any signing of agreements or contracts. No payments will be taken outside the pre-agreed time frame unless agreed with both parties to extend business activities.

Jennings International Ltd will conduct due diligence on all clients, affiliates, and outside partners around the world to ensure that they too operate to an ethical standard. We will not conduct business with any company or outside affiliate if they are found to be in breach of any human rights laws, employment laws, or found to be involved in any illegal activity.

Officers, directors, and employees will obey the Equal Employment Opportunity laws and act with respect and responsibility towards others in all their dealings.

Officers, Directors and employees will remain personally balanced so that their personal life will not interfere with their ability to deliver a quality service to all its clients and affiliates. Officers, directors and employees agree to disclose unethical, dishonest, fraudulent and illegal behaviour or the violation of company policies directly to management.

Jennings International will take all reasonable care to avoid misleading statements, concealment and overstatement of its advertising and public statements. It will seek to build long-term partnerships with its customers by being honest and straightforward in its dealings at all times. It will respect the confidentiality of any information it may obtain in relation to its clients.


The company does not allow the direct or indirect offer, payment, solicitation, or acceptance of bribes in any form.
